Beau- I really liked the sturdy tables this restaurant had. There's much to be said about a good solid table. The restaurant was decently warm for such a cold winter day. The staff was friendly and prompt. For food--I had a decent Huevos Rancheros. Compared to Curly's Huevos Rancheros (which got 4.5 meows) I give Organic Grill's Huevos Rancheros a 3. The fries on the side were good at first but seemed to get a bit too overwhelming with the spices they used. I wasn't too drawn in by the menu, the only thing that stood out as appealing was exactly what i ordered, also their tempeh options seemed decent, but Alfie will tell you about those. One major turnoff was the restaurant's plate sharing fee that they impose in the evenings. Luckily, Alfie and I went during the day. Any restaurant that's got one of these deserves minus meows. The idea of waitresses/waiters spying on you while you eat is a big downer. Overall I give the restaurant 2 meows out of 5, but I'm willing to give it a second chance.

Aflie- What can a black cat do to get a good vegan lunch in New York!? So we pull up to this Organic Grill, I had read about it before and got Beau to go instead of our usual Atlas brunch. It's a happy looking restuarant and we were seated right away, after all not every restuarant gets a taste of Alfie. Taking a glance at the menu I narrowed my thoughts to the huevos rancheros and tempeh wrap special. After Beau stole my huevos I went for the tempeh. The wrap can come in different tortilla shells. The tempeh was a bit too grainy, poorly seasoned. The wrap featured tempeh,lettuce, avocado, sprouts, and dressing. Overall this kitty was not impressed. The wrap got a .5 meow. After one bite I swapped with Beau for his meal. The furniture was interesting with a thick wooden table and chairs. The chairs also featured a horse shoe on the back. The feel of the restuarant was quaint. The discounts for students was a plus! But , you had to be from a NY school, and you can't get a discount on a lunchbox meal. Overal for the restuarant I give it 2.5 meows. A good meal is the core of any restaurant.
